This was quite an interesting outcome of the trashcan project. I liked the fact that you used recycled pieces of card from a previous project and was able to draw out forms from it.
You were clear in your presentation of how you developed a series of 2D forms into a volumetric storage system that emphasized the relationship of how the pieces/spaces created overlap and interact with each other. Through the development, some interesting spaces were created with alternate systems that were either opened or closed.
One negative aspect of this project was the construction of the model. I sensed that it was made very last minute and proved to hinder an overall, good presentation of your final. Better time management and prior research of the model's material would be beneficial for the next project.
In saying that, I think that you have come up with a nice solution for the project, emphasizing an interesting and engaging juxtaposition of shapes and spaces.
